Being British is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV. And the most British thing of all? Suspicion of anything foreign.

Only in Britain can you get a pizza to your house faster than an ambulance, only in Britain do banks leave both doors open and chain the pens to the counters and supermarkets make the sick people walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.

We might be British, but by 'eck we're funny!

We've got a debate going on in the BunnyBoard at the mo about whether the singer Robbie Williams is the spittin image of Norman Wisdom......

I've put their pictures side by side below......what do YOU think?

Saw him on Loose Women yesterday and he was chatty, articulate and funny, seems to have come out of his I'm a star phase.

I can see he does resemble Norman Wisdom a little bit - by the way I saw Norman at a fete in Southend about 40 years ago, he was as drunk as a skunk ;D
